COVID-19 Updates

We want to re-assure all our customers that we are still fully operational & have implemented measures to minimise the impact of the current COVID-19 outbreak.

  • Sell your device from your home whilst maintaining social distancing.
  • Cash In Your Gadgets and DPD's collection process now eliminates contact and ensures social distancing.
  • With the new process, our collection drivers will only touch the Swap It packaging (provided by DPD) and you will only need to touch the item you are selling.
  • No need to sign anything or to come in close contact with anyone outside of your household.
  • All drivers have hand sanitizer & this will be used prior to unloading your collection box from their van.
  • Internally we have introduced extra cleaning services & an enhanced handwashing policy.
  • More regular monitoring of staff's health and wellbeing.

We are not experiencing any delays in processing or payment schedule & are available to speak on the phone or by email as usual.
